How long will it take to deliver my item(s)?

Dispatch time is currently 3-5 working days, and once processed packages are shipped on Saturdays.

In the UK items are shipped as follows;

  • Yarn - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for 
  • Merch - Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class

All International mail is shipped as follows;

  • Yarn - Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed
  • Merch - Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class

Delivery confirmation and tracking info will be sent via email to the address specified at Checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

If you love my yarn and you want it, I will try and get it to you!

To date there are OOAK One Skein Wonders in Spain, Switzerland, France, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Australia and nine States from the West to the East coast of America!

Please note that you the customer are responsible for any customs and import taxes or charges that may apply.

FLYY Dyed is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Can I cancel or edit my order?

As long as you let me know as soon as possible or within two working days of placing your order cancelling or making changes to your order isn't a problem.

If your order has already been dispatched I'm unable to cancel it until the items have been returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

You the customer will be responsible for making the necessary arrangements for returning the item(s), which is non-refundable.

Should the item(s) be received not in its original condition, you the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

This will not apply if the item(s) is/are damaged or faulty.


Can I return my item(s) for a refund if I've changed my mind?

Unfortunately I'm unable to provide refunds based on a change of heart.

However, should the item(s) be proven damaged, faulty or not as described when purchased, your rights as a consumer are not affected.


OOAK Custom Dyes cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

I will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged on arrival, and not after use.

In the unlikely event that you need to exchange an item, please contact me within three working days of receipt at [email protected] or by using the contact form at the top of this page.

You will need to provide evidence of any damage or defects to the item(s).
